Practicing law came naturally to David Spradlin. The son of an attorney, a senior in the law office, Mr. Spradlin received his Juris Doctor from Texas Southern University in 1992. He then went into practice with his father, James, his wife Tina, and his mentor and friend, Jim Rose. A certified mediator, Mr. Spradlin is a member of The Woodlands Bar Association, the Houston Bar Association and the American Bar Association. A native Houstonian, Mr. Spradlin is a member of the Shriners, and the Masons.
Mr. David Spradlin, with offices located in Spring, Texas, practices alongside and is assisted by his father, James Spradlin, from Kilgore, Texas. The senior Mr. Spradlin is a veteran of the United States Air Force, received his law degree from the University of Houston, and is a member of the American Bar Association.
In addition, Mr. David Spradlin is assisted by his wife, lawyer Tina Riley.
James (Jim) Rose received Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law, Houston, Texas. Jim has tried over 100 trials to judge and/or jury in Criminal Law, and began practicing in 1976 as a district attorney in Harris County, Texas.
Mr. Rose has tried everything from traffic tickets to felonies, representing clients in both state and federal courts. In 1978, he began his private criminal defense practice.
